Sanyu Switch began developing and selling reed relays in 1972 and has two factory subsidiaries: Nagano Sanyu (located in Iida, Nagano) and Kumamoto Sanyu (located in Kikuchi, Kumamoto)

All Sanyu factories have received ISO 9002 certification and are currently operating in accordance with ISO quality management standards.

Reed Relay

Sanyu offers a variety of reed relay products, from DIP and SIP products to SMT products. We also respond quickly to custom specification requests from customers. In Japan, our reed relays are used in a wide range of industries, including ATE, measurement instruments, and telecommunications. Sanyu emphasizes consistent quality management and has received high praise as world leaders in relay quality.

Sanyu has been selling semiconductor relays since 1991. These relay products feature high voltage, low contact resistance, and high insulation, and we sell them to many different industries. In Japan, our MOS FET products have received high marks for their quality.
